Booking
You can book online any time, by phone or at the front desk. Online bookings are confirmed by email straight away, and we send a reminder before your visit. Please double-check your phone number and email so we can reach you if anything changes.
New patients
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit and bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card and a list of any medications you take. We’ll ask you to complete a health history form.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us. We understand that emergencies happen; after a second missed appointment without notice, we may charge a $50 fee.
Late arrivals
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your visit or move you to the next available time, so the next patient isn’t kept waiting. Please call us if you’re delayed.
Insurance
We file claims with your dental insurance as a courtesy and collect your estimated share at the visit. Your plan is a contract between you and your insurer, so you are responsible for any balance it doesn’t pay.
Fees and payment
Fees on our website are self-pay prices; a “+” marks a starting fee. We give you a written estimate before any treatment beyond your checkup. Payment is due at the time of service by card, HSA/FSA card or an approved payment plan.
Children and minors
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their first visit, and for any treatment beyond a checkup and cleaning.
Sedation
If you’re having IV sedation, follow the eating and drinking instructions we give you, and bring a responsible adult to drive you home and stay with you for the rest of the day. We can’t start sedation without one.
Emergencies
We keep same-day slots for dental emergencies. In a medical emergency, including facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, call 911.
